9th Circ. Shuts Down Digimarc Investors' Fraud Suit

Law360 (January 14, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Finding that the plaintiffs’ fraud allegations did not meet the standards of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has affirmed the dismissal of a putative class action brought by Digimarc Corp. investors over the company's misstatement of financial information.
