US Losing Patent Dominance On Own Turf: Report

Law360 (January 14, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- America's long-standing dominance of new U.S. patents may be slipping, with foreign companies capturing more than half of all utility patents in 2008, according to a report released Wednesday.
