Insurers Must Both Pay Up Over Truck Crash: Judge

Law360, New York (January 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Finding that both Zurich American Insurance Co. and Westfield Insurance Co. had a duty to defend and indemnify a shared insured truck, a federal judge has ruled that each company must pay a proportionate share of coverage in a lawsuit stemming from an automobile crash.
