Court Rules For VA In Nurse Practitioner Pay Fight

Law360, New York (January 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal court on Monday ruled in favor of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in a lawsuit brought by a class of nurse practitioners in Tennessee who alleged that they were being paid less under the Equal Pay Act than physician's assistants who perform similar jobs.
