Winn-Dixie Creditors Seek Help In Executive Search

Law360, New York (August 8, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The committee of unsecured creditors in Winn-Dixie Stores Inc.’s bankruptcy is seeking to retain an executive search firm in its quest to find seven individuals to serve on the bankrupt supermarket chain's board of directors.

The request, filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, seeks to hire Thomas J. Snyder of the Chicago office of Spencer Stuart as its "director-retention consultant.”
