Tenth Circuit Reverses Aluminum Antitrust Ruling

Law360, New York (August 8, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Tenth Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals has partially reversed and remanded an Oklahoma district court ruling that dismissed allegations of antitrust violations against a slew of aluminum centers.

On Monday, the lower court ruled that the district court had erred in granting summary judgment in favor of defendants Ken-Mac Metals Inc., Samuel Specialty Metals Inc. and a handful of other established steel centers.
