HP Sues Executive Who Went To Work For Competitor

Law360, Wilmington (August 30, 2016, 8:37 PM EDT) -- Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company filed suit in Delaware Chancery Court last week seeking to prevent a former vice president from using knowledge gained about HP’s business and customers while employed with a competing company in a similar capacity.
