Novak Druce Can’t Delay Depositions In Ex-Partners’ Pay Suit

Law360, San Francisco (September 6, 2016, 9:22 PM EDT) -- A California judge told an attorney representing Novak Druce Connolly Bove & Quigg LLP on Tuesday that depositions for a wage suit brought by two former partners will be conducted by mid-November, saying at a hearing that her surgery and being a solo practitioner were no excuse for not providing discovery.
