Premiums Falling, But Maybe Not For Long: Survey

Law360 (January 20, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Insurance premium rates for businesses dropped once again in the fourth quarter of 2008, but rates for general liability, directors' and officers' and property insurance all dropped at a slower pace than in recent quarters, suggesting that the five-year trend of falling rates may end soon, according to a new survey.
