FTC Blasts LabMD's Bid To Pause Data Security Ruling

Law360, New York (September 12, 2016, 8:14 PM EDT) -- The Federal Trade Commission on Friday urged the agency's heads to refrain from putting on hold their order reviving its data security against LabMD, arguing that the lab's "recycled arguments" were unlikely to gain traction with a federal appellate court and that thousands of consumers would be harmed by a stay.
