Judge Tosses Groups' Suit Over Minn. Forest Plan

Law360, New York (January 21, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has dismissed a suit brought by green groups alleging the U.S. failed to assess the environmental impacts of a new plan for the Superior National Forest, marking a victory for the timber industry, which was represented by intervenor-defendants in the case.
