Obama May Sign Early Order To Up Fuel Efficiency

Law360 (January 21, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- President Barack Obama may be considering signing an executive order soon raising fuel efficiency standards on all vehicles, a move that the Bush administration earlier this month said it would leave for the incoming commander in chief to handle.
