Ex-Comerica Employees Slap Bank With FLSA OT Suit

Law360 (January 22, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Two former Comerica Bank employees in Detroit have hit the financial institution with a collective action alleging that the bank willfully and intentionally failed to pay the workers at a higher rate for overtime during the last three years.

The complaint, filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, accuses the bank along with two of its corporate entities of violating the Fair Labor Standards Act.
