Law360, Los Angeles (September 19, 2016, 7:33 PM EDT) -- A Virginia trademark attorney pled guilty to charges related to her role in a vicious attack on the former managing partner of Bean Kinney & Korman PC after the trademark lawyer had lost her job at the firm, according to reports on Monday.
