Tyco Off The Hook In Oil-For-Food Probe

Law360 (August 9, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two years after serving Tyco International Ltd. with a subpoena, the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission has dismissed the manufacturing giant from its ongoing investigation into the scandal surrounding the United Nations’ Iraq Oil-for-Food program.

On Wednesday, Tyco revealed it had been excused from the SEC investigation after providing the agency with documents related to its participation in the now-infamous operation.
