Insurers To Reduce Liens On Vioxx Settlement Awards

Law360 (January 22, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- In an accord being touted as the first of its kind, more than 100 insurance companies involved in the massive $4.85 billion Vioxx settlement have agreed to reduce the liens they placed on the settlement's claimants.
