Injunction Granted In Traffic System Patent Case

Law360 (January 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has issued an injunction barring Tomar Electronics Inc. from selling certain elements of its Strobecom II line of traffic preemption systems for emergency vehicles, three months after a jury found that the products infringe a patent held by Global Traffic Technologies LLC.
