EPA Takes Tough Stance On SD Coal Power Plant

Law360 (January 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has voiced objections to South Dakota's proposed permit for a coal-fired plant and demanded requirements for state-of-the-art pollution controls, winning strong praise from the environmental community, which saw the move as a return to enforcement.
