American Honda Asserts Generator Patents

Law360 (August 10, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- American Honda Motor Co. Inc. has launched a patent infringement suit against a recreational vehicle parts supplier, claiming the company has infringed its patents covering electrical generators.

Torrance, Calif.-based American Honda filed the suit Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, alleging Coast Distribution System Inc. violated its patents by importing and selling certain generators.
