Hausfeld Launches Global HQ, Names New Partners

Law360, New York (January 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Recently formed claimants litigation firm Hausfeld LLP announced Tuesday that it has opened a new office in Washington, D.C., to serve as its global headquarters.

Michael D. Hausfeld, former head of what is now called Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll PLLC's antitrust group, founded the firm in November, with a focus in competition, product liability, civil rights, environmental law and securities fraud.
