FDA Warns Companies Over Unapproved Drugs

Law360, New York (August 10, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Food and Drug Administration has issued a warning to three medical equipment companies to stop mass-producing thousands of doses of unapproved inhalation drugs and distributing them nationwide.

The companies, RoTech Healthcare Inc., CCS Medical, and Reliant Pharmacy Services, risk further enforcement, the FDA said on Thursday, including injunctions to prevent further violations and seizure of their illegal products.
