RBX Dismissal Frees Exxon From MDL Over EPDM

Law360, New York (January 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- RBX Industries Inc. has agreed to drop its antitrust claims against Exxon Mobil Corp., eliminating the last remaining charges against the oil giant in the long-running ethylene propylene diene monomer multidistrict litigation.

On Monday, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, RBX and Exxon entered a stipulation asking Judge Stefan R. Underhill to dismiss RBX's claims against Exxon Mobil Chemical Co. without prejudice.
