Interstate Ready To Roll Out Of Bankruptcy

Law360 (January 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- After weeks of delay, Interstate Bakeries Corp. has tentatively reached a deal with General Electric Capital Corp. that is expected to help propel the bakery giant out of bankruptcy.

On Monday, the maker of Wonder Bread and Twinkies said the duo had reached an agreement in principle with GE Capital, a unit of General Electric Co., over the terms of an asset-based revolving credit financing facility.
