3rd Circ. Overturns Class Certification In Plastics MDL

Law360, New York (January 28, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit has overturned a class certification ruling handed down in the multidistrict litigation over price-fixing among plastic additives makers, mimicking its recent decision on class certification standards in the hydrogen peroxide antitrust case.
