Law360, New York (January 29, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The bankruptcy judge overseeing Washington Mutual Inc.'s Chapter 11 proceedings has reportedly ordered the federal government to hand over a $55 million lawsuit judgment that is the subject of an increasingly contentious claims dispute between WaMu, JPMorgan Chase & Co. and the Internal Revenue Service.
