Obama Labor Agenda Has Employers On Edge

Law360 (January 30, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Obama administration's pledge to tackle a host of labor and employment issues in the coming months has employers watching their backs, a new law firm survey has revealed.

The survey by Epstein Becker & Green PC showed widespread concern among bosses with an array of employment-related legal issues, from union-management relations to employee leave entitlements.
