Fed. Circ. Revives Sud-Chemie Dessicant Suit

Law360 (February 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal appeals court has revived a patent suit brought by German chemical company Sud-Chemie Inc. against Multisorb Technologies Inc. over a patent related to dessicant containers, vacating a lower court's finding that Sud-Chemie's patent is invalid.
