USPTO Director Dudas Jumps To Foley

Law360 (February 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Jon W. Dudas, who served as director of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office from 2004 until last month, has made the jump to private practice, joining Foley & Lardner LLP as a partner in the intellectual property and public affairs practices.
