Law360, New York (October 27, 2016, 4:19 PM EDT) -- The Patent Trial and Appeal Board upheld the asserted claims of two video camera patents, finding Wednesday that information contained in a GoPro company catalog did not make the claims obvious, because the pre-existing publication was relatively inaccessible.
