Pro-Union Bias Claims Against Pa. Officials Survive

Law360 (February 3, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A lawsuit alleging that four officers of the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry are trying to stop an electrical contractor from getting state contracts because it is not a union shop will be allowed to continue after a judge's order Friday.
