Democrats Release Road Map For Climate Change Bill

Law360, New York (February 3, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Signaling the coming debate over climate change legislation, Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., has unveiled a set of principles designed to guide Democratic efforts to draft a new proposal aimed at cutting greenhouse gas emissions.
