DOJ Prepares To Release More Amnesty Letters

Law360, New York (February 5, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division is preparing to release to the public all amnesty agreements inked between 1993 and 2008, a decision stemming from a settlement agreement in a long-running battle between the agency and shipping company Stolt-Nielsen Transportation Group Ltd.
