$2M Cancer Suit Against GM, Ford Remanded

Law360 (February 5, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Supreme Court of Delaware has remanded a mesothelioma liability lawsuit against General Motors Corp. and Ford Motors Co. after finding that a lower court judge erred in his rulings on pretrial motions.

In a decision Wednesday, the high court remanded the case with instructions for reconsideration and clarification, saying the judge did not necessarily abuse his discretion when coming to the erroneous factual findings.
