Affordable Drug Group Blasts Pozen Patent At PTAB

Law360, Washington (November 16, 2016, 6:37 PM EST) -- The Coalition for Affordable Drugs pressed a Patent Trial and Appeal Board panel Wednesday to scrap a patent covering Pozen Inc.'s arthritis and ulcer drug Vimovo during an America Invents Act review, arguing that the claims would have been obvious to skilled artisans in light of existing studies and patents.
