Robinson Bradshaw Helps Pamlico Capital Clinch $910M Fund

By Benjamin Horney (November 21, 2016, 2:31 PM EST) -- Pamlico Capital has closed a $910 million fund that will invest in North America-based lower middle market companies in industries including business and technology services, communications and health care, the Charlotte, North Carolina-based private equity shop said on Monday, in a capital raise guided by Robinson Bradshaw & Hinson PA.

The fund, called Pamlico Capital IV, eclipsed its initial $750 million target before hitting the $910 million hard cap, according to a statement.
