Law360 (February 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- As the U.S. takes steps toward limiting its reliance on foreign oil, the country must learn from its past and make sure that new forms of energy are produced domestically, according to Jim Greenberger, co-head of the energy and project finance team in Reed Smith LLP’s business and regulatory group.
