Judge Slams Plaintiffs' Experts In Nixing Seroquel Suit

Law360, New York (February 10, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The expert witnesses of a plaintiff whose claims were recently dismissed from the product liability multidistrict litigation over the anti-psychotic medication Seroquel failed to establish a link between the drug and the plaintiff's diabetes, according to the federal judge overseeing the MDL.
