FDA Nabs $4M In Milk Powder, Citing Salmonella Concerns

Law360, New York (December 1, 2016, 2:10 PM EST) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has seized more than 4 million pounds of milk powder from a Virginia dairy producer after an investigation turned up poor sanitary conditions and the possible presence of salmonella, according to a statement by the agency on Wednesday.
