Ohio-Mich. Gas Pipeline Scores FERC’s Environmental OK

Law360, New York (December 1, 2016, 10:32 PM EST) -- A proposed natural gas pipeline that would run through Ohio and into Michigan cleared a major regulatory hurdle Wednesday when the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission said the project did not pose any major environmental hazards.

The Nexus Gas Transmission Project would include over 250 miles of pipeline and move natural gas from the Appalachian basin in Ohio to markets ranging from northern Ohio to near Detroit.
