USDA Offers Nutrition Facts Panel Changes For Meat, Poultry

Law360, New York (December 1, 2016, 9:28 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture on Thursday unveiled proposed revisions to the nutritional facts panel for meat and poultry products, including updating the list of nutrients that must be declared and calculating daily values based on the most recent scientific evidence, the agency said.
