European Patent Office To Unveil New Fee Structure

Law360, New York (February 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The European Patent Office has introduced a new fee structure that will take effect on April 1 and apply to European patent applications and international applications.

The EPO posted the new structure on its Web site last month and said it would affect European divisional applications and new applications filed on or after April 1 and international applications entering the regional phase on or after that date.
