Fed. Claims Court Finds No Vaccines-Autism Link

Law360 (February 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims has ruled against the parents of autistic children in three test cases alleging that thimerosal vaccines caused the children’s autism.

After finding that there was no scientific evidence of a connection between autism and measles mumps and rubella vaccines, three special masters of the Court of Federal Claims ruled against the parents in three separate cases on Thursday.
