Law360, New York (February 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A group of women in a U.S. Supreme Court battle with AT&T Corp. over claims the company shortchanged them on service credit for maternity leave taken before the enactment of the Pregnancy Discrimination Act of 1978 has urged the high court to weigh the effect of a recently enacted workplace law that relaxes the statute of limitations on wage bias claims.
