Law360, New York (January 5, 2017, 7:57 PM EST) -- Two dozen Republican state attorneys general signed a letter Wednesday expressing their "unqualified support" for Scott Pruitt, President-elect Donald Trump's nominee to lead the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, in advance of his confirmation hearing.
The letter was released a day before a meeting between Pruitt, attorney general of Oklahoma, and a group of Midwestern Republicans concerned he won't support renewable fuels such as ethanol, organized by Sen.
