Sens. Organize New Environmental Subcommittees

Law360, New York (February 18, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works has restructured to include seven subcommittees — one more than during the last Congress — as it looks to move forward on global warming, economic recovery and job creation legislation.

As of Feb. 12, the new subcommittees are Transportation and Infrastructure, chaired by Max Baucus, D-Mont.; Clean Air and Nuclear Safety, chaired by Thomas R.
