McDermott Wins Army Concession For Sikhs' Religious Garb

Law360, New York (January 13, 2017, 7:23 PM EST) -- An eight-year "hearts and minds" pro bono campaign led by McDermott Will & Emery LLP recently swayed the U.S. Army to allow Sikhs to serve in the military with beards, long hair and turbans.
