Dewey’s Zach Warren Freed Of Charges Over Firm's Collapse

Law360, New York (January 13, 2017, 10:49 AM EST) -- Zachary Warren, the sole low-level Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP staffer to fight criminal charges over alleged accounting fraud at the now-defunct law firm, on Friday was released early from the terms of a deferred prosecution agreement, and the indictment against him was dismissed.
