Fla. Sues RJR For Stopping Payments Under Tobacco Deal

Law360, Miami (January 18, 2017, 11:01 PM EST) -- Florida's attorney general said Wednesday that the state has stopped receiving annual tobacco settlement payments for the Winston, Kool and Salem cigarette brands since R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. sold them to ITG Brands LLC for $7 billion.
