Judge Rejects Airworthiness Trial In Cessna MDL

Law360 (February 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- In a consolidated product liability suit over alleged de-icing problems in certain Cessna Aircraft Co. planes, a judge has struck down the plaintiffs’ request to hold a separate trial on the issue of whether the Cessna Model 208B is airworthy.
