CPSC Drafts Guidelines For Toys Under CPSIA Section

Law360, New York (February 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued guidelines to help manufacturers determine which products constitute toys or child care articles that are prohibited from containing certain amounts of phthalates under the controversial Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008.
